Trent Alexander-Arnold is set for a spell on the sidelines after picking up a knee injury. Liverpool suffered a huge blow on Tuesday afternoon when Pep Lijnders confirmed that Trent Alexander-Arnold will be sidelined for 'a few weeks' due to a knee injury. The Reds defender picked up the injury during Sunday's 2-0 FA Cup win over Arsenal at the Emirates. Alexander-Arnold played a role in his side’s opener when his free-kick was headed into his own net by Jakub Kiwior. Luis Diaz then made sure of the Reds' progress with a breakaway goal in the last minute of added time. His strike came in the fifth minute of stoppage time.
